sull\u2019attivit\u00e0 principale da svolgere, senza pensare all\u2019importanza del prima e del dopo: invece, anche queste due fasi sono fondamentali per <strong>ottimizzare la performance<\/strong> <\/strong>il\u00a0<strong>rischio di infortuni<\/strong>: infatti, molti infortuni sono correlati a un riscaldamento insufficiente (eseguire gli esercizi &#8220;a freddo&#8221;) o non sufficientemente
