Meditation in Motion – Mindful Walking
An activity that combines the benefit of walking with the practice of mindfulness meditation to promote mental relaxation and physical well-being. During the walk, participants will be guided to focus on their breath, steps and body sensations, learning to live in the present moment. This type of exercise helps reduce anxiety and stress, improves concentration and encourages a more harmonious approach to everyday life, immersed in nature or in a peaceful environment.
